SC to give final verdict on NCP disputes on March 4
Kathmandu, Feb 25 (RSS): The Supreme Court (SC) is scheduled to give its verdict on March 4 regarding the disputes on the Nepal Communist Party.
Earlier, a writ petition was filed by NCP Chairman Rishi Kattel claiming the party's official name stating that other similar names registered were not the official NCP.
Kattel had lodged a complaint against the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) led by KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ saying their party reproduced his party’s name two years ago.
A division bench of SC Justices Bam Kumar Shrestha and Kumar Regmi today decided to give its final verdict on March 4 after completion of hearing.
